Thank you for your interest in our Summer Day Camp!

Our Day Camp is for children in grades JK-Gr 5 (*grades completed as of June 2024). 

Day Camp runs from 8:30am - 4:30pm.

Week 1 July 15th-19th is FULL!  If you wish to be put on the WAIT LIST for Week 1 please complete this Wait List Registration Form.  No payment required at this time.  We will notify you if a spot becomes available for your child, at which time you will then pay the registration fee.

$150/camper


*Family Discount: You may opt for a 50% discounted fee for your third child plus each subsequent child in your household registering for Emmanuel Day Camp.

Waiver and Conditions of Enrollment


I/we, the parent or legal guardians, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold completely blameless Emmanuel Baptist Church of Barrie (Emmanuel), its pastors, board of elders, staff and/or volunteers from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of the activities of Emmanuel, as well as any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing the church. I/we authorize the Emmanuel church staff or ministry volunteer staff to sign consent for medical treatment, and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant named above in the event that the parent/guardian or provided emergency contact cannot be immediately reached. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in and/or traveling for events of Emmanuel’s ministries. I/we also grant permission for the reasonable use of pictures and/or videos of the student taken during ministry time for promotional purposes at Emmanuel. The camp director reserves the right to dismiss a camper who, in the director’s opinion, is a hazard to the safety and the rights of others, or who appears to have rejected the reasonable rules of camp. 


Cancellation & Refund Policy:  In the event that a camper needs to cancel their week at camp, refunds will be given based on the following:


- 4 weeks+ prior to their week registered = 100% refund


- 2-4 weeks prior to their week registered = 50% refund


- less than 2 weeks prior to their week registered = No refund given
